We offer a day habilitation program which currently services adults who are intellectually disabled. This program is housed on the first floor of the building located at 1621 Pleasantville Drive.
The 2,500 sq. foot space includes a project/activity area, a computer room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, a TV viewing area and restrooms with shower facilities. KES Care Center's day habilitation program assists individuals with day to day living skills, provides assistance with independent living skills and helps with medication, personal care, and hygiene skills.
KES Care Center also aids individuals with their money management skills and community integration activities. The individuals of our day habilitation program enjoy community outings including bowling, picnics in the park, trips to the movie theater, going out to eat, as well as shopping in the community. They also participate in arts and crafts. KES Care Center day habilitation service meets the guidelines as defined by the Home and Community-Based Service (HCS) program.
